Rotary Magnetic Separator

Rotary magnetic separators are widely served to construction material, chemical, coal, food, refractory material, and pharmaceutical industry to remove the ferromagnetic impurities in powdery and granular material, especially viscous or low flowability material which easily creates bridging and blocking. Number of tube magnet can be adjusted according to the material characteristics.

Inlet and outlet can utilize circular and square flange to install on various pipelines. The maximum working temperature of common rotary magnetic separators should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. 80 to 350 degrees Celsius also can be customized. The maximum magnetic field strength can reach 12000 Gauss.

Generally, the sticky powdered material is not free-flowing material & forms lumps. These lumps lead to bridging phenomenon thereby blocking the further flow of material when fixed type rod grids are used. Magnetic rota grid separator overcomes this deficiency as the rota grid assembly rotates & does not allow the material to form lumps / Bridge. All powders & granular type materials can also be processed through the unit effectively
