Magnetic Grate

Magnetic grate magnets are a simple, effective, and cost-efficient way to capture ferrous metal contamination within your product flow. With a polished, stainless frame, these neodymium grate/grid magnets are designed for round, square, or rectangular hoppers. They are easy to clean and safe for food and other sanitary items. The strong rare earth magnets inside easily capture metal debris such as iron, nuts, bolts, or staples, as well as fine or weak magnetic material such as rust or scale.

Grate magnets are usually installed on hoppers or housing to trap and remove the iron scuff and other metallic substance. Frame and tube are made by 304 or 316 stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance and no pollution. Frame and tube magnets can be finely polished, thus meet the requirements of food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade regulations.

The maximum working temperature of common products should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. 80 to 350 degrees Celsius also can be customized. The maximum magnetic field strength can reach 12000 Gauss.
