Gulf Magnets Goods Wholesalers LLC
Plate magnets are mainly applied to remove iron nail, wire, nut and other iron contained impurities in the transportation process of granular or lump material which includes gravel, grain, sugar, flour, wood and mineral. Made from 304 or 316 stainless steel which will not pollute material.
Plate magnets can be divided into flush face (FF) type, exposed pole (EP) type, spout type (S) type.
Plate Magnets also go very well with powdery, moist, lumpy, and abrasive products and large debris that might choke, bridge, or cause rapid wear in cartridge-based separators. Plate magnets are flexible enough to be deployed above conveyors or below conveyor drive pulleys to capture contaminants. They are available in both flat and curved shapes and can be installed either above or at the discharge end of material flow.
Standard plate magnets are available with permanent ceramic magnets or with high-intensity permanent rare earth magnets. Both types of magnets work efficiently to capture fine metal particles and slightly magnetic debris from powdery, moist, clumpy, or abrasive materials that might choke or wear cartridge-based separators. Plate magnets install easily in chutes to remove ferrous fine particles and larger pieces of tramp iron from many types of free-flowing and pneumatically conveyed material. They can also be installed above conveyors or below conveyor drive pulleys to capture contaminants as material drops from open belts. Standard installation kits include a pre-drilled hinge, latch, and other hardware to ensure easy mounting. The tapered magnetic face is designed to prevent contaminant wipe-off in rapid product flow.
1. Flat Face (FF)
Flat face plate magnets have ideal metal separation performance when assembled over the flow chute or belt applications with low-density product flows. Downstream processing facilities will be under continuous magnetic protection because plate magnets can lift ferrous tramps out of the product flow stream.
2. Exposed Pole (EP)
Exposed pole plate magnets are designed for removing tramp metals from the low volume materials flow. They will be installed below the materials flow in the process line. Widely, used to capture ferrous contaminants from relative lower flowing material.
3. Spout Magnet (SM)
Spouts plate magnets are designed to remove ferrous tramp metal from high volume material flow or rapid material flow. Proper designing can prevent wash-off of ferrous tramps and fines.
